Our standard shipping is Royal Mail First Class Signed For Delivery
This offers the best protection for us and your medals
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
- Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends or bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Method
Valley Medal Mounting uses Royal Mail First Class Signed For as our standard delivery service.
This provides:
- Aimed next-working-day delivery
- Proof of delivery with a signature
- Online delivery confirmation
Please note: First Class Signed For is not a guaranteed next-day service.

Shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as Christmas, Royal Mail strikes, or severe weather.
Tracking
- A tracking reference will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
- Tracking will show delivery attempts, successful delivery, and a copy of the signature.
Missed Deliveries
- If no one is available to sign, Royal Mail will leave a “Something for You” card.
- You can then arrange redelivery or collect your parcel from your local delivery office.
Lost or Delayed Items
- Royal Mail considers an item lost after 10 working days from the expected delivery date.
- If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
- Balley Medal Mounting cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
